The line port on the DX800A is auto sensing so will work out which type of phone line has been connected. Additional lines are provided in the form of VoIP lines, which can either be SIP trunks or Hosted Telephony accounts. You can also register a mobile phone using the bluetooth connectivity and make and receive calls from the DX800A or attached cordless phones over the mobile phone network helping reduce call costs.
