The Poynting OMNI-404 is a 5G-ready Omni-directional LTE antenna with a 2.5dB signal gain across UK mobile frequencies from 698 MHz to 3800 MHz. With its robust IP68-rated design and various marine-grade mounting bracket options, this antenna is designed to excel in marine conditions and consequently serves as an excellent choice of mobile antenna for boats, marinas and offshore installations.
This antenna’s operating frequencies range from 698 MHz to 3800 MHz and its 2.5dB gain is carefully balanced to remain as reliable and consistent as possible throughout, ensuring the OMNI-404 doesn’t experience regional connection intermittency and enhancing its LTE performance features such as multi-carrier aggregation (when supported by a compatible router). It achieves such feats through the use of a new antenna design and a unique patented feed network.
As a marine-grade antenna, the OMNI-404 is both weather and water-resistant to ensure reliability even in adverse offshore conditions. It comes with a standard 1-inch marine adapter bracket, for flexibility of installation, and there are various optional marine brackets designed to fit easily with it (see the MNT-BRKT-37, 38 and 39). This antenna comes with an N-type socket connector to support cable connections.
